Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI Music Creator provides software-assisted tools for generating and editing music-related content. Outputs are produced probabilistically and may vary between attempts. We may add, change, limit, or retire features as the service develops.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every prompt, lyric, recording, voice, image, or other item you submit. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store, transmit, process, and display that material only to operate and support the service.

As between you and AI Music Creator, you may use results created for you, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and any restrictions disclosed for a particular model. AI output may not be unique, and another user may receive similar material. You are responsible for reviewing a result before publishing or commercial use.

Paid tools consume the credit amount shown in the product. Subscription credits renew with the billing cycle and do not roll over unless the product states otherwise. Purchased one-time credits remain until used. When our system records an eligible technical failure, charged credits are restored; a credit restoration is not a cash refund.

Stripe processes payments in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves benefits active through the paid period. Taxes, exchange fees, and bank charges may apply.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade product limits, automate access without permission, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.

Hosted playback and download availability depend on the entitlement rules shown in the product. You should download files you need to preserve. We may remove unlawful content, respond to valid rights claims, or stop hosting content after account termination.

We may restrict or close an account that violates these Terms, creates security risk, causes payment abuse, or exposes the service or others to harm. You may stop using the service at any time. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that an output will meet a particular artistic or commercial goal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Music Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid through this service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to that claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with its effective date. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required. Questions about these Terms may be sent to the support email below.
