We receive the details attached to your Google sign-in, the prompts and lyrics you enter, audio or images you upload, project settings, support messages, and other material you choose to submit. Uploaded and generated media may be stored so that your projects remain available in your library.

When you use the service, we record operational data such as tool actions, generation status, credit movements, timestamps, browser and device details, IP address, and security events. We use this information to run the product, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and understand feature performance.

Stripe processes subscription and credit-pack payments. AI Music Creator receives transaction identifiers, product and payment status, billing country, and limited receipt information, but does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

We process information to authenticate users, deliver requested generations, maintain project history, calculate and restore credits, provide customer support, improve reliability, secure accounts, meet legal duties, and send essential billing or service notices.

We share only the information needed for vendors to perform a service. These vendors may include authentication, payment, hosting, storage, analytics, email, and AI-generation providers. A generation provider may process prompts, lyrics, reference media, or other inputs required to return your requested output. Processing may occur in countries different from your own.

Account and project information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for service operation, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Payment records may be retained for tax and accounting duties. When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify eligible data, while retaining the minimum information that law or security obligations require.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Browser controls can limit cookies or analytics, although some essential storage is required for sign-in and security.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If we learn that a child provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
